Employee Engagement

The Issue

Employee engagement in the U.S. has dropped to its lowest level in a decade [2023 Gallup research.]

The research showed only 33% of employees were engaged. It also stated that employees who were not engaged or actively disengaged lost about $1.9 trillion in productivity.

When you consider the studies showing the difficulties with keeping Millennials engaged, this issue is alarming.

CliftonStrengths is one of the best development solutions as it also increases collaboration, performance, and inclusiveness.  These factors mean more engaged employees.

When you bring your employees together for CliftonStrengths training, they uncover their talents and understand the value they bring to the organization. They understand how to leverage their strengths to create powerful partnerships.  They learn the strengths of their teammates and learn how to break down silos and collaborate better.
