Even with decades of studies showing female leaders help enhance collaboration, increase productivity, and improve fairness, they fall behind their male cohorts in terms of holding senior-level leadership roles. Women comprise almost half of the workforce, yet only 10% of the Fortune 500 companies are led by women (Fortune Magazine, 2023.) This makes developing female talent an important business initiative.
Women-only development programs provide a safe place for women in business to learn how to resolve career-related issues that are specific to them. They provide an environment that fosters learning, growth, and camaraderie while building skills and shifting mindsets.

At some point in their career, most women struggle on their leadership development journey. Some are brand new to leadership. Others are unclear about their next step. Some know the next step but haven’t identified the strategies needed to get there. Some leaders are experienced but aren’t getting the performance results they want.
Regardless of why, the struggle can leave them feeling frustrated and can put your organization at risk of poor engagement and turnover—for them and their team.
Hope Leadership was created to help your organization retain your female talent and build them into stronger leaders.

A learning circle is a virtual cohort experience that combines coaching, mentoring, and training to help your leaders navigate challenges at work and get ready for their next role.
Each learning circle lasts three months which gives your leaders time to practice new skills and build new leadership habits. The circle meets monthly for two to three hours via Zoom, and individuals have access to their coach for check-ins as needed.
Leadership skills and content are bundled into modules that fit the three-month model. Your organization can select from the module list, or we can customize based on organizational needs.
